We welcome owners and agents to celebrate the blocks that achieve our discerning standards. This is not an easy thing to do.
We believe that homes that achieve a BlockAward are easier to sell. The award indicates that the block in which an apartment is situated is performing well, better than average. So all Agents are welcome to share the ‘Winners Report' with potential buyers.
After all, what potential buyer or mortgage lender would not want to know that the block is simply better….

BlockAwards is the leading benchmark and demonstrates to potential buyers, and occupiers that they are living in a block that is organised, managed and maintained to a high standard. For example: knowing the block has a good lease means that the likelihood of poor cashflow leading to the block falling into ruin is greatly reduced.

At worst your client will get an ‘Improvement Plan’ packed with advice how to climb up the BlockAwards ladder as there are 4 award levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. And, you can apply again later and get a better award next time:
